changes from 0.9.6:

 * fixed lots of bugs, some of which lead to broken sync with
   the server.

 * FEAT and MLST extenstion is now used if server supports it.
   This can lead to a great performance improvement in recursive
   uploading and downloading.

 * if no user ~/.netrc exists, a default one is created with the
   right permissions, and is populated with a default entry for
   anonymous login.
