LibRoadnav uses the TinyXml XML parser, originally written be Lee Thomason.
TinyXml has been slightly modified to prevent it from reenabling some 
warnings under MSVC++.

LibRoadnav also uses wxHTTPBuilder from wxHTTPEngine, written by Angelo Mandato, 
and part of wxCode.
