man-pages-cs-0.17.20070905-1mdv2008.1.noarch.rpm

This package contains Linux man pages in Czech.

Much is missing - contributions are welcome. Mail them to
tropikhajma@gmail.com or (preferably) translate them online using wiki at
http://man-pages-cs-wiki.homelinux.net
The latest release can be found at
http://sweb.cz/tropikhajma/man-pages-cs/index.html

All the pages are now in utf-8 format and separated by package of origin.
It may be necessary to recode them to ISO-8859-2 in some distributions.
Man pages from the package man-pages-cs-0.16 are included. New and updated
pages now include a line containing md5 hash of the english original and the format
of their filename is as follows:
8_digit_sequence_number.name_of_man_page.modification_date_of_original.md5_hash_of_original

Makefile is now functional, it installs the latest translations available.
I'd love someone to write an installation script, that would check md5 hashes of
installed english man-pages and install corresponding translation and in the case when
corresponding translation cannot be found, choose the best one by looking
at the modification time.
In the future it will be necessary to handle duplicities somehow.
For start I suggest taking some inspiration in man-pages-ja
(http://www.linux.or.jp/JM/download.html). As a non-perl speaker, I'd prefer
a shell script.

distributable when the nroff source is included.
