Changes:

0.2.5: -the user can choose how the pcpu value is shown:
a) with a second krell in the SETI panel
b) with a krell in a second panel
c) don't show pcpu information

0.2: -changed the whole concept :D, i.e. I added a second panel and krell to
      the plugin. The krell shows the cpu usage. The panel has a text string
      on it which shows the cpu usage value.
