Temporary TODO list - Things which will be accomplished before
1.0-RELEASE is considered complete:

- Read Description, Author, URL from Theme.rc files.  (Don't necessarily
need to _do_ anything with all of them, but we should be able to read 'em 
anyway.)
- ThemeEngine configuration dialogs need to be imported and used (Properties)
- Custom Settings dialog must be implemented.  This will have to somehow be
able to import the settings for whichever ThemeEngine is currently active.

[KSplash/ML]
- Finish code cleanup by eliminating completely the ObjConfig object.  Make
sure that ObjKsTheme is able to handle the load.
