To reverse this expectation you must apply the <B>-:</B> option. Optionally, append <B>i</B> or <B>o</B> to restrict the effect to input or output only. Note that command line arguments that may take geographic coordinates (e.g., <B>-R</B>) <I>always</I> expect longitude before latitude.
