This call completes an examination on the thread <em class="parameter"><code>target</code></em> begun by a
paired <code class="function">utrace_prepare_examine</code> call with the same arguments that
returned success (zero).
</p><p>
When <em class="parameter"><code>target</code></em> is current, this call is superfluous. When <em class="parameter"><code>target</code></em> is
another thread, this returns zero if <em class="parameter"><code>target</code></em> has remained unscheduled
since the paired <code class="function">utrace_prepare_examine</code> call returned zero.
</p><p>
When this returns an error, any examination done since the paired
<code class="function">utrace_prepare_examine</code> call is unreliable and the data extracted
should be discarded. The error is -<code class="constant">EINVAL</code> if <em class="parameter"><code>engine</code></em> is not
keeping <em class="parameter"><code>target</code></em> stopped, or -<code class="constant">EAGAIN</code> if <em class="parameter"><code>target</code></em> woke up unexpectedly.
