   If the INQUIRY is successful, zero is returned and the
   INQUIRY data is in <em class="parameter"><code>inq_result</code></em>; the scsi_level and INQUIRY length
   are copied to the scsi_device any flags value is stored in *<em class="parameter"><code>bflags</code></em>.
