Comments from LSI: Generic: ADD: CLEANUP: * Kconfig cleanup :Adding 949X, 949E, and 1078 to Kconfig. Adding "depends on FUSION" required in the FUSION_LOGGING section, and fixing a spelling error. * Removing Dell copyright : Some other vender has concerns over this copyright, and Dell has approved removing it. FIX: * Fix docbook problems in fusion source files. * The semaphore inactive_list_mutex in the driver is used as a mutex, convert it to the mutex API. * Fix panic when mptsas and mptcl module are loaded in parallel, Set the IOC pointer in drvrdata of pcidev before adding the IOC into the list of IOCs. Without this patch the driver oops when the mptsas and mptctl modules are loaded in parallel. SCSI specific: FIX: Fix for module unload problem in flash less controller environment: Fixes the module unload problem in flash less 1030 controller environment where firmware download boot functionality is invoked. The problem is due to the firmware download is being done in the reverse order, which this patch solves by insureing the download occurs to the last controller being reset. SAS specific: ADD: * Enable MSI by default for SAS controllers FIX: * Avoid oops when zero phy count is reported for an expander by firmware, This is because the expander is zoned to initator A, and initiator B doesn't not have access to those phys hence why the firmware is reporting a zero phy count. * Power Management fixes for MPT SAS PCI-E controllers: The system power state changes like hibernation and standby are not happening properly with 106XE controllers, this fix modifies the driver to free resources and allocate resources in power management entry points * Avoid using ioc->handle to locate hba portinfo structure to fix the problem of devices not getting deleted properly.
