   Mark pump API as deprecated
   Expose a new simple API to do the following:
      Request a DHCPv4 lease
      Request a DHCPv6 lease
      Request both DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 leases
      Down an interface
   Expose the API via Python(?)
   Run the DHCP client calls in a glib main_loop
   Remove dependency on libnl
   Source files in src/
   Header files in include/
